Dr. Amgad Hilaly is an accomplished Human Resources expert, offering 20+ years of diverse expertise in areas including engineering, sales and customer service experience, project management, auditing, and human resources.
Dr. Hilaly worked for multi-national and international companies in several industries covering trading, manufacturing, and terminal operations.
He led organisational transformation and change management, restructures, increased organisatio effectiveness, improved talent acquisition and development, performance management, process enhancements and improvements, staff development, and employee relations across several geographical business regions, including Egypt, the Gulf, the Levant, and Europe.

Dr. Amgad Hilaly has strong problem-solving skills, an excellent ability to communicate persuasively and openly, strong initiative, and versatile organisational skills, combined with the ability to work in a diverse culture.
Dr. Amgad’s educational background includes a B.Sc. in mechanical engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Doctorate of Business Administration (DBA).
Dr. Amgad is an adjunct professor who teaches Human Resources Management, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Behavior (OB), and Talent Management.
