Senior Project Coordinator at Jabaal Omar Development Company – KSA
SSM KSA/Cairo MBA Student
Before I started my MBA Program, I worked as Senior Document Controller at Jabaal Omar Development Company that is ranked as one of the top five stars Hotels Developers in Saudi Arabia. I decided to start MBA Program at Swiss School of Management in ROME through Cairo/KSA campus as an ambition person looking forward to a career shift after working for 8 years in the same field in Saudi Arabia and Egypt giving that there is nothing new in this field carry out.
I started my MBA which envisaged new fields to me in my whole life not only on my career path, it wasn’t a destination as I thought at the start of the program which I need to reach, it is about a journey to live.
On the other hand, I was promoted to be a Senior Project Coordinator that is the position I planned to be in my past 5 years plan, moving into this position was an important career move for me, and I could not have made this step without the benefit of my MBA from SSM.
When I started on my MBA in 2018, I was hoping that my degree would provide me with the credentials and business acumen to take someday on a role like this. I have to say that ours SSM MBA program gave me a lot more than I expected.
The greatest benefit of the program was much more than the “piece of paper” that I received at the end. It was the confidence it gave me to pursue, win, and accept this position. Thanks to SSM MBA program, I know that I have all of the tools to be a successful and ethical leader.
I truly enjoyed my time in the program and the investment, I made there is changing my future for the better.
