Ashrakat El Nakeeb is the current Customer Experience Advocate at Swiss School of Management Cairo;
he has 5 years of experience in Customer Experience and Sales. Her experience in working in Business started at 2018 when she was given the opportunity to work as Customer Service at Vodafone through outsourced enterprise and then joined vodafone insource.

This experience ignited her passion for Customer Experience more and more. She then got job opportunity at Otlob as Operation Executive and then as Sales Executive after the company rebranding to Talabat during this time Ashrakat helped to
operate Otlob vendor’s better and expand Talabat vendor’s more and more.

She also began promoting diploma in the field of Customers Experience and others in Education and Business field.
Then, Asharakt Worked as a Business Development Executive at Aqarmap for one year before joining SSM.

Ashrakat obtained a number of certificates such as Presentation Skills, Personal Development, sales Management and corporate relations.
